What is the route of the Cursa de la Mercè Bimbo Global Race

The Cursa de la Mercè route is a single 10K loop through central Barcelona, circling the old town of Ciutat Vella. It starts on Carrer d'Aragó, near Pau Claris, and heads toward the sea along Carrer de València and Passeig de Sant Joan.

After passing under the Arc de Triomf and skirting Passeig de Picasso, the course drops down to the seafront along Passeig de Colom, with the Drassanes shipyards and the harbour in view, before tackling the well-known climb on Paral·lel.

The closing stretch climbs again along Floridablanca up to Plaça Universitat, then joins Carrer de Pelai for the final straight into Plaça de Catalunya, the city's central square and the race's traditional finish line.
