El recorregut del 10K Cursa Mossos d’Esquadra Badalona és un circuit urbà variat, ideal per a qui busca una cursa dinàmica més que una marca personal en 10 km. Amb sortida al costat del Pavelló Olímpic de Badalona, el traçat combina trams plans amb petits repeixos i zones més exigents.
Els primers quilòmetres són ràpids i permeten agafar ritme, tot i que aviat arriba el pas pel pont del Cros i l’entrada al port, on poden produir-se estrets. A partir d’aquí, el passeig marítim ofereix un tram més còmode, però condicionat pel possible vent.
Entre el km 5 i el 7 destaca l’anada i tornada per la carretera de Mataró, amb un gir de 180º que trenca el ritme. Després, del km 7 al 9, arriba la part més exigent, amb un perfil trenca-cames i pujades com la de Via Augusta.
El tram final és més favorable, amb una llarga recta per apretar fins a meta. Cal tenir en compte la coincidència amb corredors del 5K. En conjunt, és una cursa entretinguda i exigent a trams.
