The Cros Popular de Sants follows a 10K urban course that loops through the entire Sants neighbourhood of Barcelona. Start and finish are on Carretera de Sants, at the level of Rambla de Brasil.

The course combines several loops through the neighbourhood's streets, passing landmarks such as Plaça de Sants, Rambla Badal and the historic Creu Coberta, in a flat but technical route due to its many turns.

At Lleialtat Santsenca (Carrer d'Olzinelles 31): Friday October 16 (4pm-8:45pm) and Saturday 17 (10am-2pm and 4pm-8:45pm). Also available Sunday morning at the start.

Can someone else pick up my bib?

Yes, with written authorisation and a photocopy of the registered runner's ID.

What's the time limit for finishing?

1 hour and 30 minutes.

Can I run with a dog or a stroller?

No, the rules don't allow running with strollers or dogs.
