About 47a Marxa Trail d’Arenys de Mar 2026
The Marxa Trail d’Arenys de Mar celebrates its 47th edition in 2026, making it one of the most traditional mountain events in the Maresme region. Organized by Penya Apa Anem-hi with the support of the local councils of Arenys de Mar and Arenys de Munt, the event combines sport, nature and a friendly atmosphere in a unique setting.
The event features an 11 km trail course, with around 75% of the route taking place on natural trails and mountain paths between Arenys de Mar and Arenys de Munt. The day includes both a timed trail race and a non-competitive hiking/walking event, making it suitable for experienced runners as well as participants looking to enjoy the outdoors.
The Marxa Trail d’Arenys de Mar stands out for its accessible and family-friendly spirit, welcoming clubs, individual runners and walkers of all ages. Taking part is a great opportunity to enjoy trail running near Barcelona and experience a morning of sport and nature in the Maresme region.
