The Vilanova i la Geltrú Half Marathon starts and finishes at the city's municipal athletics track. The course is entirely urban and paved, passing once through some of Vilanova's most recognisable streets, including Carrer Caputxins, Rambla Principal, Port Pesquer and Port Nàutic.
