What is the route of the Cursa Sant Marti

Map showing the race route

The Cursa Sant Martí 10K takes place on an urban course of approximately 5 kilometers that is completed twice, with the start and finish on Provença, 585. The route runs through the Sant Martí and Clot neighborhoods, combining long straights with several changes of direction and more technical urban sections.

Each lap passes through Independència, Còrsega, Dos de Maig, Enamorats and València, before entering a series of streets around Sant Martí including Sibelius, Mallorca, Rogent and Degà Bahí. From here, the course becomes more technical, with several turns through Trinxant, Ripollès, Muntanya and Besalú.

The central section of each lap continues along Ruiz de Padrón, Muntanya, Coll i Vehí, Trinxant and Joan de Peguera, before connecting with Finestrat and Xifré. This section includes numerous changes of direction, so runners should stay focused and avoid unnecessary surges through the turns.

After completing the section through Xifré, runners head back towards Provença to complete the first lap before tackling exactly the same course again. On the second lap there are no surprises: the key is to maintain a steady pace, manage the turns efficiently and save enough energy to reach Provença, 585, where the Cursa Sant Martí 10K finish line awaits.
