What is the route of the Cursa Nocturna de L'Hospitalet 2026 by IFP
The 5K Nocturna de l’Hospitalet follows the same philosophy as the main race: a flat, fast and accessible course suitable for all runners. It starts at plaça Europa, with a wide opening section along av. Joan Carles I, perfect for settling into your pace.
After the opening kilometers, the route continues through carrer de les Ciències and carrer de la Literatura, where a slight incline appears but does not significantly affect the rhythm. The course then heads towards carrer Natzaret and reaches Amadeu Torner, maintaining a very runnable profile.
Around km 3.7, at the Narcís Montoliu roundabout, the key point of the race takes place: 5K runners turn back towards the finish, separating from the 10K route.
The final section retraces part of the initial course, with long straight lines that allow you to keep a steady pace all the way to the finish line at plaça Europa, making it ideal both for beginners and for chasing a fast time.
